Why can a back body brush improve your skin health?

1. Efficient exfoliation and unclog pores
Physical exfoliation: The friction generated by the bristles can directly remove the dead skin cells (stratum corneum) accumulated on the back to prevent pores from being clogged.
Prevent acne/blackheads: The skin on the back has dense sebaceous glands, which are prone to acne due to the accumulation of keratin. Regular use of a back body brush can reduce the breeding environment for bacteria and reduce the risk of "back acne".

2. Promote blood circulation and improve skin metabolism
Stimulate microcirculation: The pressure applied to the skin when using a back body brush can dilate capillaries and accelerate blood flow (similar to the effect of a light massage).
Increase nutrient delivery: After promoting blood circulation in the back, more oxygen and nutrients are delivered to skin cells, promoting collagen synthesis, improving dullness, and making the skin more translucent.

3. Activate lymph and help detoxification
Lymphatic system stimulation: Gentle strokes of the bristles toward the heart (such as brushing from the waist to the shoulders) can promote lymph flow.
Reduce edema and toxins: After the lymphatic circulation is accelerated, it can more efficiently remove cell metabolic waste and excess water, reduce back swelling, and make the skin tighter.

4. Improve skin texture and luster
Smooth rough surface: After the stubborn cuticle is removed, the skin feels more delicate and reduces the granularity of "chicken skin" (keratosis pilaris).
Improve gloss: Exfoliation + improved blood circulation make new healthy skin cells appear faster and show natural luster.
